Getting my feet wet

Welcome to my new blog.  I will probably use it to try out new ideas for poems.  But not to worry, I will not inflict anything on you that has not been worked over pretty well.  Don't know how these blogs work so I am very open to any advice, suggestions, feedback.  Should you read a poem here, that could be one more person than read the last one, so thanks in advance!
